The subject matter of this project is the design of an industrial facility - a refrigerator for the needs of the company CERMAT from Bitola in Macedonia.

The facility is being built within the area of the company Cermat in Bitola. The facility is intended for a refrigerator.
The newly designed facility has a rectangular base with dimensions 70.2x58.0 m. The height of the facility is variable and ranges from h=12.40 m to 13.00 m. The total area of the space under the roof is P=6374.8 m2.

The facility has a ground floor, and a gallery on the smaller part.

The structural system of the newly designed AB hall consists of longitudinal frames (purlins - lattice beams and columns) and transverse frames (main lattice girders and columns). The horizontal roof structure consists of secondary girders – lattice purlins that rest on the main lattice girders, which continue on AB columns on pad foundations.

The structure of the facility is a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure, and it consists of prefabricated elements: AB adhesive prestressed “T” purlins with spans L=6.50 m with a total height h=69 cm, AB adhesive prestressed lattice purlins with span L=19.50 m, axis height h=120 cm and width b=25 cm, and L= 16.80 m axis height h=120cm and width b=25cm
