The subject of this project is the design of a construction project for a business-production facility, which is located on the cadastral parcel 1589 C.M. Zemun Polje in Belgrade, for the needs of Black&White company from Belgrade. One part of the building is intended for business premises and the other larger part for production.

The object has a rectangular base with dimensions of 62.0x27.0.

The height of the building is h=14,00m.

The structural system of the production part of the building consists of transverse and longitudinal reinforced concrete frames.

The transverse direction consists of the AB trussed roof main support of span L=27,0 m, a static simple beam system that rests on the ends of the facade reinforced concrete precast columns.

The structural system of the business part of the building consists of transverse reinforced concrete frames that, together with the mezzanine structure, transfer the load to the AB columns. Horizontal influences are received by the AB staircase core. The constructive system of the mezzanine structure consists of the AB mounting beam of the static simple beam system.
